[Saginaw, MI] – January 17th, 2025 – Hierographx is proud to announce that Melissa Leivo, Project Coordinator at Hierographx, has been elected Vice Chair of the Young Professionals Network (YPN) Steering Committee for 2025. At just 22 years old, Melissa’s leadership and dedication embody the YPN’s mission to attract and retain young talent while fostering the next generation of leaders in the Saginaw Valley and Great Lakes Bay Region.
Melissa joined the YPN Steering Committee in late 2023 and quickly made an impact, earning recognition for her efforts with the Rising Young Professional Award in 2024. As Secretary in 2024, Melissa brought significant momentum to the network through her leadership. This year, her peers elected her as Vice Chair through an anonymous vote, a testament to her commitment and ability to drive positive change.
In her new role, Melissa aims to build on the momentum she established as Secretary, ensuring YPN continues to grow as an inclusive and impactful network. Her focus will include supporting the Chair in developing YPN programs that empower members professionally and personally while strengthening the connection between young talent and the Saginaw community.
